Geri K. Glazer, MSW will bring to A.B.H.C a wealth of adoption experience and a value centered commitment to optimize the adoption experience for both birth and adoptive parents. As the founder of another Colorado adoption agency (see “Why ABHC?” for more detail) she comes to this venue with over 33 years of experience, over 1200 adoptions; first in “closed” adoption work in North Dakota, then co-developed a semi-open adoption program, Adoption Connection, Inc. in Colorado in 1988 until she founded a fully open adoption agency,in April of 1990. In 2012 she joined with Jeanne Reisig to found ABHC.
Jeanne Reisig, MA will bring to Adoptions by Heart, LLC. a wealth of experience in the adoption arena, she is the author of a recently published adoption book “Unbroken Ties” and is well respected in the adoption community. Jeanne began her career at Lutheran Social Services in Denver in 1988, where she remained for 13 years. Jeanne also was a highly respected and valued birth parent counselor and member of the adoption team at Adoption Options of Colorado. Jeanne is also a certified Parenting with Love and Logic instructor and will incorporate that parenting technique into the education offered through our A.B.H.C.
–Additional Staff consists of 3 Master’s level counselors who are SAFE evaluators, post placement caseworkers and adoption educators.
– Support Staff includes an Office Manager, Birth Mother Intake Coordinator and Accounting Specialist.

-Offices of Adoptions by Heart, LLC. are located throughout the front range area. Currently offices serve the entire front range area and have access to courts in Denver, Arapahoe, Boulder and Douglas counties. Offices are in Aurora, Lone Tree, Louisville and Denver.
-A.B.H.C has engaged Masters level contract providers throughout the state of Colorado to meet our clients needs.
–Unique to our program is that we will come to you in the comfort of your home, or location of your choice to conduct info meetings, application meetings and your entire SAFE homestudy.
Prospective Birthparents are seen wherever they are most comfortable. Your own mentor and counselor will meet you or arrange for transportation for you to meet with them in a setting that feels most secure for you the birthparent.
-We will attempt to meet you at your convenience, including evening and weekend appointments.
-Birth Parents will also be served to the best of our ability at times that are most convenient for you and we will always come to you.
